Growth Hacker / Marketer

Position Summary

Under the direction of the CEO, the Growth Hacker / Marketer will be responsible for developing, managing and executing all marketing and communications activities at Qualicare. The Growth Hacker / Marketer will also be responsible for growth across all digital acquisition channels, strategy, execution, reporting, and analysis. This is a brand leadership opportunity globally. This position is a full-time salaried position with vacation and a shared benefits plan. The candidate must be able to work onsite at the company home office in Toronto.

As Growth Hacker / Marketer, you will:

  • Act as analytics lead, sharing actionable insights from diverse sources
  • Drive strategies to increase traffic and improve lead conversion
  • Drive marketing optimization through regular A/B testing
  • Manage programs to optimize organic, SEM paid social campaigns
  • Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate; in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Manage the digital ad budgetDevelop a digital dashboard to measure results and report on metrics of success
  • Keep a constant eye on the evolving landscape to assess best in class digital practices
  • Prepare marketing strategies alongside the executive team and staff
  • Manage the marketing team
  • Participate in the development of the business plan through research, analysis and support activities as directed
  • This includes identification of market opportunities/issues, business priorities and the presentation of options
  • Translate business goals into action plans and develops the appropriate contingency plans
  • Track measure and reporting on marketing campaign performance across all campaigns and assess against targets, ROI and KPIs
  • Ensure the company’s brand messaging is consistent across all channels and platforms
  • Run communication plans to keep franchisees abreast of developments through newsletter, spoken communication and liaising with regional Franchise Field Consultants (FFC)
  • Research the marketplace and create thoughtful, strategic campaigns as a result
  • Offer individual marketing advice to both franchisees and franchise development sales team members
  • and any other duties as assigned

Your experience will include:

  • A/B and multivariate testing
  • Demonstrated leadership, drive for results and superior execution
  • In-depth experience with Google Analytics
  • Proven ability to identify and develop innovative ideas, understand brand strategies and business solutions
  • Major technology devices/platforms, including but not limited to SEO, PPC, CMS and email marketing platforms (Wordpress, Hubspot, Constant Contact, LeadPages, etc.), Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn), Blogging, Web design/Development interfaces

You will have solid knowledge of:

  • Tag Management Solutions
  • Digital channels -Inbound Marketing knowledge
  • Performance Marketing, conversion strategies, online client acquisition
  • Knowledge of and ability to gather, interpret and apply multiple consumer/industry insights and trends
  • Knowledge and awareness of the franchising industry would be considered an asset
