Clear Summit Group is a collection of growth companies that utilize a business model that we refer to as Impact Franchising.  Our portfolio of companies offer services ranging from in-home tutoring services for students of all ages, through to in-home healthcare for families and seniors.  Our home office is based in Toronto Canada, but we operate globally through over 1000 franchised outlets.

We are looking for a Recruiter whose main responsibility would be to seek out professionals with the right combination of experience, education and skills to fill a particular position. The incumbent would be handling multiple key open positions simultaneously and should be able to thrive in a challenging and demanding work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish recruitment needs by evaluating organization growth plans
  • Assess assigned open position to develop job descriptions and job candidate profiles
  • Actively source applicants through various methods including job sites, advertising, career fairs, employee referrals etc.
  • Maintain active relationships with social and professional networks to source qualified applicants
  • Evaluate resumes to determine suitability of applicants
  • Pre-screen shortlisted candidates through phone or in person as per requirements given by the hiring manager
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring manager(s) and department heads
  • Verify references for candidates in the pre-offer stage
  • Extend offers of employment as per company procedures, manage subsequent negotiation and administration
  • Maintain continuous communications with candidate; building candidate relationship while simultaneously marketing the company to him/her
  • Develop and maintain candidate details on the internal applicant tracking system on a regular basis
  • Stay updated on new sourcing strategies and industry trends in recruitment
  • Ensure regulatory aspects of the recruitment process is compliant with federal and state legislation

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Accurately assessing, documenting and tracking candidate profiles within ATS
  • Meeting a minimum of 25 candidates per week
  • Building successful and enduring candidate relationship
  • Successfully matching prospective employees with open positions
  • Other related relationship-building functions

Experience and Skill Requirements:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Above par interpersonal skills with an ability to cultivate and build relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree or other equivalent program.
  • Three or more years of experience in managing recruitment cycle from end to end
  • Familiarity with applicable computer applications
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and organizing capabilities
  • Should be driven to achieve results with proven problem solving skills
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced work atmosphere
